**All directors must be Mad Anthony members

**Duties:  To assist in decision making regarding Mad Anthonys’ organizational and foundation policy; also to help with tournament related issues (i.e. raising sponsor funds).

**The Board of Directors shall be divided into three (3) classes, with one class to be elected annually by the Directors for a term of three (3) years.  Terms of the directors expires upon December 31 of the first year after the initial election of the Class 1 Directors; the initial term of the Directors in the second group (the “Class II Directors”) expired upon December 31 of the second year after the initial election of the Class II Directors; and the initial term of the Directors in the third group (the “Class 3 Directors”) expired upon December 31 of the third year after the initial election of the Class III Directors.
